2.1 A booking is confirmed only after:
- Receipt of the required deposit or full payment
- Written confirmation sent by Prime Stay
2.2 By making a reservation, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- All information provided is accurate
- You accept these Terms & Conditions
2.3 Prime Stay reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.
3.1 Payment terms will be specified during the booking process.
3.2 Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit/Debit card
- Bank transfer
- Online payment gateway
3.3 Prices are listed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
3.4 All applicable taxes and fees are included unless specified.
4.1 Some properties may require a refundable security deposit.

Guests agree to:

- Follow all house rules
- Avoid excessive noise
- Not exceed the maximum occupancy

8.2 Minor variations in furnishings or d?cor may occur.
8.3 In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues), Prime Stay reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation of similar standard.
9.1 Prime Stay is not liable for:
- Loss of personal belongings
- Personal injury unless caused by negligence
- Interruptions beyond our control (e.g., power outages, internet disruptions, natural events)
9.2 Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
Prime Stay shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- War
- Pandemic-related restrictions
11.1 Users agree not to misuse the website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
